Through our annual programme of events, we have seen firsthand how they improve mental health by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression; enhance cognitive function such as memory and focus; support physical well‑being including mobility and heart health; and strengthen social connection and emotional expression, often unlocking cherished memories and improving overall quality of life.
